Drunk N Stoned Fest Talent Submission Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Drunk N Stoned Fest! To ensure a smooth submission process, please carefully review the following guidelines and submit your materials accordingly.
Submission Guidelines:
1. Video Standards:
Format: Submit videos in MP4 or MOV format.
Resolution: Minimum resolution of 1080p for clear viewing.
Length: Videos must not exceed 15 minutes in duration.
Content: Ensure content is suitable for a mature audience and aligns with the festival's theme.
Audio: Ensure audio is clear and free from distortion. Background music should not overpower dialogue.
File Naming: Name your file as "YourName_VideoTitle.mp4" (e.g., JohnDoe_ComedyAct.mp4).
2. Photo Standards:
Format: Submit photos in JPEG or PNG format.
Resolution: Minimum of 300 DPI to ensure high-quality print and digital displays.
Content: Photos should capture the essence of your act and be appropriate for the festival's audience.
File Naming: Name your file as "YourName_PhotoNumber" (e.g., JaneDoe_01.jpg).
3. Submission Process:
Deadline: All submissions must be received by Aug 30th 2025
Submission Method: If your file is too big to upload please email your materials to drunknstonedfest@gmail.com.
Subject Line: Use the subject line "Talent Submission - Your Name" to ensure your submission is properly categorized.
Additional Information: Include a brief bio (50-100 words) and a description of your act in the email body.
4. Selection Process:
By submitting your materials, you agree to allow Drunk N Stoned Fest to use your video and photos for promotional purposes.
